Plot Hanna is a little more than a strong and intelligent teenage girl, raised as a soldier by her father, a former CIA agent, with hard training in the wild and cold lands of Finland. She lived a childhood different from her peers, educated to endurance and discipline for the sole purpose of making her a perfect murderer. Hanna’s life changes when her father sends her on a mission across Europe, where she soon finds herself hunted down by a ruthless intelligence agent. But when the mission goal is about to be met, Hanna will have to deal with staggering revelations about her life.
The film was released in U.S. theaters on April 8, 2011, by Focus Features. In Italy, the film will be distributed by Sony Pictures starting June 17, 2011.
